I was beginning to worry that I was losing interest in Meg Cabot’s stories. I haven’t read and enjoyed any of her books since Avalon High. This story was nothing I expected. After the Stephanie Plum series, anything remotely close to the series makes me skeptical. However, Heather Wells holds her own. Size 12 is NOT Fat is equal parts romance, comedy, and drama; with a big serving of mystery to bind everything together making it a well balanced read.
